Seminar with Fillea-Cgil

After the break due to the Covid-19 health emergency, the European Good Wood project has restarted with a new national training seminar, this time held in webinar mode. The meeting on October 16 is part of a series of events, entitled 'Training as a tool to encourage changes in the organization, production and business management of companies in the wood sector'. The international partnership involved in Good Wood, of which Confapi is the leader, has followed as a guiding thread the management of impact situations in the wood furniture sector, in a key of collaboration between workers and companies. The seminar was organized with Fillea-Cgil, after a similar appointment already held with Filca-Cisl. Soon it will be the turn of a new initiative in collaboration with Feneal-Uil. During the meeting was illustred the research carried out within the project, focused on the role of social dialogue in contemporary economies. The presentation also provided a collection of documents on sector policies and the possibility of sharing good practices among stakeholders. The webinar also touched the issue of training for company employees in the context of the green economy.
