The kick off of the European project Good Wood, funded by the European Union, took place on 7 and 8 March at the Confapi offices in Rome, which sees Confapi as leader and coordinator of all activities. Two days of intense activity which represented a fruitful opportunity for discussion as well as for sharing of timing and the work plan, for the division of skills and for defining the objectives of the project. The first phase of the training is scheduled for May with a training seminar and a study visit to be organized in Rome. The occasion saw the participation of all the partners involved, the Guglielmo Tagliacarne Institute, the European Confederation of Wood and Furniture Companies Cei-Bois, the Chamber of Commerce of Bulgaria, the Bulgarian Trade Union Podkrepa and Aimmp, and was the opportunity to allow a first meeting between the partners, illustrate the phases of the project, define a calendar of activities and the tasks of each person involved, with a view to synergy and strengthening networking.
